    The summer season is upon us and it’s time to think about preventing dehydration and heat-related illnesses.  Did you know that over 300 Americans die every year of heat-related illnesses, according to the Centers for Disease and Control?

    While pouring water over your head might feel good temporarily, it doesn’t have any actual effect on your core body temperature. Make sure to put plenty of water and other healthy fluids into your body.
