Job Summary: This individual is responsible for managing and retaining Guardian Fleet Major Account relationships. This individual is responsible for achieving agreed upon KPI results in accordance with the determined Service Agreement for specified accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and retain existing Guardian Fleet Accounts and consumer relationships.
• Meet with existing fleet customers presenting analyses and recommendations as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Guardian leadership regarding key account strategies and value proposition.
• Maintain good customer information files and be prepared to review with management.
• Resolve customer issues, problems or complaints.
• Support account in the assistance of credits, returns, and late payment if required.
• Attend and participate in all account meetings.
• Embrace the company culture and initiatives.
• Follow published company rules and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in fleet management and material handling sales.
• Great interpersonal skills – honesty, ethical, and integrity at all times.
• Ability to organize a selling plan and exhibit time management skills.
• Competency in time and territory management.
• Strong communicator both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
• Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.
• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Power-Point, web searches, etc.
• Must meet physical requirements of the job.
• Must have prompt and regular attendance.

Working Conditions: Flexibility to work when Customer needs require it and may exceed a 40-hour work week with some weekend work. The position is exempt from paid overtime.
