Safety is number one for our customers and their teams. The Pro XD Mid-Size is engineered from the inside out for jobsite safety. Adjustable speed-limiting, high-visibiltiy seatbelts, horns, beepers, and additional optional safety accessories, provide work crews and fleet managers with peace of mind.
Durability
We understand our customers need work UTVs built to withstand rugged conditions, tough jobsite duty cycles, and every-day wear and tear. That’s why the Pro XD Mid-Size is built with Kevlar®-backed seats, 8-ply tires, and heavy-duty driveline components.
Serviceability
Downtime kills productivity. That’s why the Pro XD Mid-Size has up to 200-hour service intervals, operator warnings, and simple-to-replace parts such as common-sized tires. Less time in the shop means reduced service costs and increased uptime.
Features
- Speed Limiting | The Pro XD is delivered with a top speed of 26 mph for jobsite compliance, and can also be limited down to 15 mph for added safety. It can be adjusted for a top speed of up to 40 mph.
- High Visibility | Orange seatbelts, vehicle decals, and optional lighting accessories improve visibility to the vehicle and surrounding workers.
- Horn and Backup Alarm | A horn and backup alarm provides additional safety and peace of mind for the whole work crew.
- Tight-Sealing Cab | The Pro XD and cab were engineered together to create the tightest seal possible, keeping harmful dust and weather out.
- 8-Ply, Non-Directional Tires | Thick 8-ply tires are built for rugged surfaces and designed to last.
- Heavy-Duty Driveline Components | Heavy-duty drive shaft, CVT boots, and wheel bearings increase life expectancy.
- Kevlar®-Backed Seats | Kevlar®-backed seats help resist punctures and tears.
- Heavy-Duty Poly Bed | The rust- and dent-free poly bed has a 500 lb. box capacity.
- Towing and Payload | 1,500 lbs. towing capacity, up to 1,123 lbs. payload capacity, and 500 lbs. box bed capacity.
- Engine | The Polaris ProStar 570 DOHC engine provides industry-leading power and performance.
- 200-Hour Service Intervals | The Pro XD Mid-Size provides a 200-hour oil change interval, enabling less in-field maintenance and reduced service costs.
- Warning Alarms | Low oil pressure, belt slip, and engine overheat warning alarms notify the operator of potential issues before they can cause serious vehicle damage.
- Non-Directional Tires | 8-ply non-directional tires are interchangeable, requiring less parts, and the square profile provides even tread wear.
