JOB SUMMARY: This position is a back-up position for the MIS Manager. This position will learn all job duties of the MIS Manager and be able to step in and complete those duties in the event the MIS Manager is unavailable. This position also has its own duties and responsibilities as outlined below.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn all duties of the MIS Manager in order to provide back-up.
- Work closely with parts managers to resolve parts variances and inventory issues.
- Coordinate inventory counts and reconcile inventory.
- Provide business system support to users at all branches.
- Design and create new programs to meet existing and future needs of MH Equipment.
- Coordinate and run month-end close-out sequence.
- Set up new general ledger accounts and accounting codes as needed.
- Extract data using Crystal, SQL, Access, and Excel macros or queries to create reports and data files needed to meet user requests.
- Audit system irregularities and reclassify as necessary.
- Reformat, convert and upload data files into NDS as necessary.
- Provide backup support to MIS personnel.
- Other duties as assigned by the MIS Manager.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting degree with a minimum of two years’ experience.
- Experience working with Powerbi reports.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft programs.
- Advanced analytical skills, demonstrated ability to critically evaluate data.
- Unix, Crystal, and Access experience is a definite plus.

- Successfully work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to organize and prioritize.

- Regular and prompt attendance is required.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some overtime required. This is a salaried position.
