Armor Equipment to Consolidate Mid-Iowa Solid Waste Equipment Operations

Armor Equipment, an MH Equipment Company, recently announced plans to consolidate with Mid-Iowa Solid Waste Equipment Co of Johnston, Iowa. Both Armor Equipment and Mid-Iowa Solid Waste Equipment became divisions of MH Equipment in late 2023. The businesses share similar product and service offerings, with a focus on municipal, corporate, and private customers. Established in 1970, Armor Equipment’s territory includes Missouri, Kansas, and southern Illinois. The partnership with Mid-Iowa expands the footprint to include Iowa and Nebraska, a territory Mid-Iowa has served since 1975.

On July 1, 2024, the two brands will combine as Armor Equipment, an MH Equipment Company. The Mid-Iowa location in Johnston, Iowa remains a full-service location and will soon adopt the Armor Equipment name.
