Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the customer and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools and customer facility while completing PM’s and repairs of contracted equipment
- Other duties as required by the Branch Manager, which could include keeping service jobs organized and turned in daily, managing inventory of tire needs, willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Adhere to all Company policies and work rules.
Position Requirements:
- Computer skills or ability to learn.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and safely operate a forklift.
- Must have own Tools.
- Must have good phone skills to work with customers and schedule jobs.
- Confidentiality.
Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30 am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
