Amy Bailey Achieves Master Service Manager Status

Amy Bailey, a young receptionist at MH Equipment in Danville, never would have imagined that 19 years later she would achieve Master Service Manager status.

Amy began working at MH right out of high school and has held several positions over the years, including; Service Coordinator, Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager before being promoted in 2010 to Branch Manager.  Amy says “I have had the opportunity to work with some great role models over the years who were willing to take the time and teach me what I needed to know.    I was never afraid to ask questions and the technicians and Managers above me were always willing to help me understand.   I am very fortunate to work for a company that has given me the chance to learn and grow within the organization.  I am very proud of what I have accomplished and look forward to many more years of growing and learning within this wonderful company!”

To become a Master Service Manager, one must complete 27 Aftermarket Modules and 18 Certified Maintenance Technician Modules from Hyster Training Knowledge Center.
